Angela said: “I can’t believe I’ve won! It was a very hard course with lots of hills and a few fast sections and coming back there were drags and cross winds, which sometimes made it difficult but I knew I was going well.  It makes the 7 hour drive down from home worth it!”.

Angela will now be looking forward to the British Cycling Time Trials being held in her home town of Stockton-on-Tees next Wednesday (23rd June) and plans to race the 100mile Championship later in the season.
